Askea Community Childcare Centre invite applications for ‘Lead Educator’, Full-time 39 hours per week.

Candidates must have:
• A full qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care – Minimum Level 7/8
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will be patient, warm, playful and responsive to children’s needs with excellent communication skills to foster a respectful and inclusive environment for children and their families.

Key responsibilities of the position:
To ensure, in conjunction with other team members, that the development needs of the children in their care are met within a framework of planned activities and early learning experiences which link to Aistear, Siolta and the Child Care (Pre-School Services)
