National Parent’s Council

Transition from Pre-school to Primary School Information Sessions

The transition from pre-school to primary school can be one of the most important transitions that your child will make, and this process doesn’t necessarily begin when your child finishes pre-school or starts primary school. It can begin when you and your child start to think about this transition.

By providing this Information Session for you, the National Parents Council Primary Early Years Service can support you to support your child to make a smooth transition between pre-school and primary school. The success of this transition can benefit your child all the way through primary school, providing better outcomes for your child socially, emotionally and educationally.

The Information Session will be held in two locations: Wednesday 26th February, The Talbot Hotel, at 7pm and Wednesday 4th March, Askea Parish Centre, 9.30am. Admission is free.
