New Garda Vetting Regulatory Notice
Tusla have published a new Regulatory Notice on Garda Vetting (CSR-RN14.3) which consolidates and replaces four previous notices into a single updated document.
The notice reinforces that Garda Vetting must be completed before any individual begins working with children, outlines requirements for vetting renewals and international police clearances, and reminds providers of their responsibility to review and risk assess any vetting disclosures.
